Making your property dreams a reality, from London to country

I recently purchased my first flat through Winkworth, and I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. As a first-time buyer, I had very little idea about the process or how to navigate solicitors, brokers and mortgage applications. From the very beginning, Arina was incredibly supportive and made what could have been a very stressful process feel much more manageable. She never made me feel pressured and was always happy to offer advice, answer my questions and push on any issues when needed. She was also extremely accommodating when it came to arranging visits to the flat, always working around my schedule, and we were in constant contact throughout the process. I genuinely felt that Arina prioritised my case and cared about making sure everything went as smoothly as possible. Her communication, support and professionalism made such a difference, particularly as a first-time buyer. I couldn’t recommend Winkworth and Arina highly enough if you’re looking to purchase a flat in the area, especially if, like me, it’s your first time buying a property!

Absolutely first class from start to finish Letting agent Dylan Kealy and the Winkworth team are friendly, professional and made the whole process of a new let easy and stress free. They are really clear with all terms, great with communications and everything is done in such a courteous manner. By far the best estate agents I've ever used and highly recommended!

We had a very positive experience with Winkworth Hackney and truly appreciated the professionalism, care and support of the whole team. A special thank you to Matthew Ige for his kindness, friendliness and genuine commitment to helping us find the right home for our family. Moving house can be an important and sometimes complex process, and his support helped make everything much easier and more organised for us. We would also like to thank Aysha and Haydar for their excellent support during the pre-tenancy and contracting stages. They were always helpful, responsive and professional. We felt very well looked after throughout the process and would happily recommend Winkworth Hackney.

Selling three houses with them. Made the process very straightforward and easy. All team members are lovely and easy to talk to. Nicola in particular has been dealing with my case. Extremely professional and works tirelessly to get the sales over the line.

I would highly recommend Winkworth Estate Agents. They have kept us up to date with everything going on. Rachel has been incredibly helpful as was Andy who came to value our property. Thank you so much for all your work.

The Winkworth's team have been amazing through our house sale, particularly Kirstie and Shaun. They got the property on the market very quickly, secured lots of viewings and gave great advice. Always quick with communication and nothing was too much trouble. Highly recommend

Winkworth have been great helping us secure an in demand property, offer acceptance to completion was under 2 months. Shout out to Debbie for securing the property for us using her excellent negotiation skills! Thank you to the whole team! Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

Winkworth Farnham sourced a very reliable tenant for my mother-in-law's flat in the town when she was admitted to a home. They managed the property and were professional and responsive throughout. When the tenant had to leave because we were selling the flat they handled the departure really well. We were very happy with their service throughout
