We recently bought our home through Winkworth and honestly couldn't have asked for a better experience. Kirsty was our main point of contact from initial house viewing through until completion and she was brilliant from start to finish. Always on top of things, quick to respond and really great at keeping us in the loop so we never felt left in the dark. The wider team were fantastic too and it was clear everyone was pulling in the same direction to keep the process moving. What really stood out for us was how little stress there was. Anyone who's bought a house before knows how uncertain and drawn-out it can feel, but Winkworth took so much of that away. Everything was handled smoothly and professionally. We're really grateful. We just completed on our flat purchase as buyers working with Nathan. Overall we had a great experience and would wholeheartedly recommend this branch. We thought Nathan was head and shoulders better than most of the agents we’ve encountered from other agencies. For starters, we found the selection of properties very well curated and Nathan was able to suggest several appropriate properties we missed online. The viewings were very well organised, and his style was both respectful and helpful without being pushy. The negotiation and offer process was transparent and open, and we were very happy with the approach from Winkworth (they marked the property as Under Offer and committed to no further viewings). Throughout the conveyancing process Nathan and his team were always helpful and prompt in communication, both when dealing with genuine crises (last minute rescheduling of surveyor) and smaller requests and questions that we had as first time buyers. Overall, we couldn’t have expected any better.

We started our house search with Nick who has been very helpful, friendly and easy to deal with. Our whole process has taken some time, Nick has been very patient with us and has always been happy to help. Even though we didn't end up using Winkworth, Nick was very understanding and wished us luck.
