Annabelle, Susan and Simon were brilliant, Winkwkorth acted as the agent when we recently sold our home and I couldn't have been happier with the service they provided. I sought valuations from quite a few different agents and many would turn up with comparables on a piece of paper with a value already written on the top, without having even stepped foot in the property, but Winkwkorth didn't do that. The came in and really got a feel for the property, noting all the little detail before valuing our home and understanding where it sits in the market before they valued it, which was really appreciated as it was a bespoke property and winkwkorths sore he true value where other estate agents didnt. After every viewing I would get detailed feedback and they would follow up with the viewers soon after viewing. They were proactive from the get go in getting people through the door and our buyer was eventually someone from their books who had sold their home via winkwkorth.I will be using Winkwkorths again. Thank you ☺️

I want to personally thank Anna and Michael for assisting us with the purchase of our gorgeous forever home. We were in a chain selling my partner’s flat, and Winkworth communicated well with our solicitors and the estate agent we used to sell the flat. We managed to complete in a really short timespan considering we were in a chain. A stress free and quick process. Highly recommend. If we sell our home in the future Winkworth will be at the top of our list
