As a first time buyer, you always have reservations about estate agents trying to sell you a flat so trust me when I say I don’t think I’ll ever go with another estate agency again. Gemma was on it in a way I have never seen before - refreshingly honest, accommodating, attentive, and went the extra marathon (not mile). She was transparent through the negotiations, so engaged in the legal aspects and chased on my solicitors who were the worse. She single handedly was the reason we managed to complete this year, was the reason I had a bed after my solicitors messed up and left me without furniture. Give her a raise and buy your property from her !!!

Catherine at Winkworth's was dealing with the house we wanted to purchase. From the very beginning she was very accommodating around the viewing times because of mine and my partners work commitments, she was enthusiastic and friendly and never put any pressure on us. Fast forward to once we had made an offer and I have to say that if it hadn't been for her and our agents then its likely the purchase would of fallen through due to solicitor faults. She was persistent with all parties involved, kept us up to date when needed and remained determined to get the job done so the sellers and us could get the dream houses over the line which finally after months of challenges we got there. We have been dealing with Winkworth in Sleaford for a number months in respect of a property we wished to purchase.
