Making your property dreams a reality, from London to country

We sold our parents house and they were the second estate agent we tried. Our main contact was Harry also Andrew and Simon. They were all very professional and did a great job. we sold the house through them in August 2026.

We bought a property through this Winkworth. They were great, professional and relaxed and not pushy (like some others!). Kirk helped us and kept both sides moving and went above chasing westminster city council for us even. Really great experience and felt like I could always get hold of them when needed!

I used the Winkworth Marlborough branch for six years to manage the letting of my property in Devizes, and more recently, to handle the sale. Having experienced both sides of their business, I cannot recommend them highly enough. Lisa managed our letting property superbly for the entire six years. She was absolutely fabulous, always so friendly, warm, and empathetic and we always felt our house was in the safest hands. As a letting agent, she kept communication clear and handled everything effortlessly, as accidental novice landlords she gave us complete peace of mind. When we decided to sell, the transition was seamless. The sale was handled by Annabel and the team, who were an incredible support in a difficult market. Their kind, empathetic approach made a stressful time so much easier. They helped us achieve a sale and were such a wonderful help guiding us through the entire process from start to finish. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Winkworth to anyone looking for excellent customer service and a personal touch for either lettings or sales! Thank you so much

Emma handled the sale of our apartment in London. She was attentive throughout. Her initiative and follow-through were incredible — she anticipated issues before they arose and always did what she said she would, when she said she would. The whole process was efficient and well managed. I'd recommend her without hesitation.

Absolutely first class from start to finish Letting agent Dylan Kealy and the Winkworth team are friendly, professional and made the whole process of a new let easy and stress free. They are really clear with all terms, great with communications and everything is done in such a courteous manner. By far the best estate agents I've ever used and highly recommended!
