Making your property dreams a reality, from London to country

We had a great experience with the Winkworth Surbiton team, . They were professional, friendly, and a pleasure to deal with throughout the entire process. They supported us through both our sale and purchase during challenging market conditions, and their calm, reassuring approach made a real difference during stressful moments. They were always quick to provide updates and chase others in the chain when needed. We were also really impressed with the quality of their listing, the photos and description looked far better than those of other estate agents. We would highly recommend Ben, Ryan, Tayte and the wider Winkworth Surbiton team

Georgie and her team were super helpful in assisting our purchase. They made sure there was always someone there to answer our questions and being the go-between for us and the vendors we were buying from. Georgie kept us updated throughout the process which reassured us and kept us calm. There was transparency from the very beginning on timing and she set realistic expectations so we were never blindsided. Could not recommend highly enough!

Shaun from the letting team was very professional and efficient in supporting us to rent a property in a very short timeframe. The overall experience has been brilliant, hassle free with clear communication, prompt with a sense of care. I will be highly recommending this branch.

Highly recommend Winkworth, I just purchased a new property and Pav who was the estate agent who helped me through the process was amazing! Communication was best in class and he did everything possible to make the sale go through as quickly as it could. Thank you for all your support through the process:)

Winkworth poringland were amazing when we purchased our property. Always at the end of the phone. Communication was excellent. Always informed of next steps/changes. Supported with chasing our solicitor. Leah and Jade were incredible. So friendly and helpful. Took away so much pressure when buying a property. If we ever sell our property in the near future, I will definitely be using Winkworth Poringland. Fantastic team.

Winkworth Poole Estate Agents offered a calm, professional and honest service. They gave good advice on preparing the house for sale, gave timely and helpful feedback from every viewing, always answered my calls -I can’t recommend them highly enough, Lizzy

Buying from Winkworth, and dealing directly with Mollie and her team has been effortless. Kept up to date every step of the way, and pushing all parties involved to adhere to reasonable timescales. Really has been refreshing dealing with their pro active approach as opposed to sitting and waiting.
